Hi! We are R & D Wholesale, located out of Hughes Springs, Texas and have been serving the Northeast Texas area for over 20 years. We started this business in 1997 the founder was Debbie Higginbotham, now being owned and operated by Angie Westmoreland, her daughter. We service flower shops for all of the plant and basket needs. We have over 50 flower shops in the area that we deliver to weekly. We offer a variety of plants from Spaths, Pothos, Croton, Dish Gardens and more. We are able to take on special orders ahead of time or we just come to you every week and you can get on our truck and pick exactly what you need and how many you need.
