One Straw Farm

One Straw Farm is an organic vegetable, plant start and flower farm located in the heart of Dixon, New Mexico. No chemical inputs are ever used, and farm fertility is carefully managed through a series of crop rotation, cover cropping and composting. One Straw Farm produces hundreds of varieties of organic nursery starts for home gardeners, and we have started producing amazing powders, made from our fresh farm produce. We sell our plant starts, produce and flowers at the Santa Fe Farmer’s Market on Saturdays during regular market hours between Mid April and Mid Nov. We also provide a CSA. Items can be purchased online, as they become available, and picked up at the farm in Dixon. Please see our website for more details. ​ ​
