Stivland Gardens

Stivland Gardens, owned and operated by Dale and Rebecca Stivland, is a small family owned greenhouse near Lowry, Minnesota. During spring months we are open to the public and sell annual flowers, vegetable seedlings, bulk vegetable seeds and seed potatoes. After the second week in June, and mostly by appointment only, we sell fresh produce and pantry items. To learn more about Stivland Gardens you can watch Prairie Yard and Garden; Season One, Episode 2. Stivland Gardens is located on prairie land homesteaded in 1868 by Andrew Anderson, Dale’s mother’s Grandfather. Scanning the hillside one can still see where settlers built the first sod house.
