Spring Meadow was founded in 1981 by Dale and Liz Deppe. What started as a small, primarily contract-growing operation has grown to become one of the largest and best-known woody plant liner providers in North America. Spring Meadow is also a genetics company, breeding plants and representing plant breeders world-wide. Our genetics are licensed in Europe, Japan, Australia, South Africa and China. When you see a Proven Winners® ColorChoice® flowering shrub in a garden center, it originated here at Spring Meadow. Our 320+ proprietary varieties have won hundreds of awards. We test and trial, then select only the very best plants for Proven Winners®: the Brand Gardeners Trust. Spring Meadow Nursery is not open to the public.
