We are closed for the season and will reopen in Spring of 2025 SEEDS OF CHANGE is a native plant nursery located behind the Howard County Correctional Facility. We are open to the public for native perennial, tree, and shrub sales during normal business hours and online. Our nursery is part of an environmental and workforce development program at the Howard County Department of Corrections. We also partner with other volunteer groups such as Master Gardener, Scout groups, and Corporate Businesses.
