Solon greenhouse has been a staple for Somerset County for as long as I can remember. They started in Anson as Uncle Toms Homegrown vegetables, wholesale to all the local stores for about 10 years before they began their journey of a lifetime passion to grow everything from seed for the community. Solon Greenhouse has a wide variety of perennials and annuals as well as trees and shrubs and hanging plants for you to enjoy. Here in Maine, without a greenhouse, its very difficult to start from seed with such a short growing season.
