Rise and Shine Greenhouses & Nursery is a family owned plant nursery in the heart of the Hiram Amish Community. The nursery offers a full line of nursery plants, including an annual flower greenhouse, a perennial flower greenhouse, a vegetable and herb seedling greenhouse (all edibles grown naturally), and a shade structure with shade-oriented plants. Furthermore there is a large selection of trees including ornamental trees, shade trees and fruit trees. The nursery also has many unique shrubs and fruit bushes and specializes in native plants. The family also grows over 1200 hanging baskets each year. The family that owns and operates the nursery is extremely friendly and knowledgable. They try to keep their prices as low as they can.
